i need an excel pro to build a model for me...fast

I am trying to chart annual EBITDA for a business from year 2022-2027. to do so, I want to be able to play with different scenarios. I would like to have ability to create, calculate and display 4 scenarios that are driven by any combination of the pull-down menus outlined on. I need you to build a model to do this. and i'd like the output to be in the form of waterfall charts for each scenario run. the model itself should be fairly easy but i would like it to be professional looking and easy to play with.
