I need an excel expert to prepare a Residential Mortgage Pre-Application Disclosure

My company is a small residential mortgage lender and we have been using a very elementary Excel spreadsheet to provide clients who may be interested in comparing our mortgage product, interest rates, closing costs and prepaid escrows to other mortgage companies products and rates. As you will see, our spread sheet with the with the title of Revolutionary Mortgage Company provides all of the estimates of costs and rate information necessary, but does not look as professional as the McLean Mortgage Corporation "Pre-Application Proposal" and we would like our sheet to look similar to theirs in format and information. Their sheet looks more professional that ours. Please advise of the cost estimated to develop a similar spreadsheet format and the time required to do so.
