I need an excel expert to help create some spreadsheets

We are a small construction company that needs someone to upgrade our existing spreadsheets in order to work more efficiently - or take what we need and design a new one, I am open. We know what we are after but lack coding/excel wizard type of skills in order to create it. The sheets are centered on financing, invoice management, and job costing.
