I need an excel expert to build dashboard

I am working on creating a capacity model for my team. Its number of hours that each resource is working on for each task in a month. I need capacity vs demand for each of the resources , by month, by quarter. I can get on a quick call to explain the attached excel sheet that I have created so far, it has the basic dashboards I have built so far, but need help to build better visuals. I need this project done in a day but it should take an excel expert just a few hours since I already put in a lot of work.
