I need an excel expert

I have five conveyors feeding on to one that has a weigher and a quality analyser on it. Based on the current drawn by each conveyor i want to be able to allocate a weight and quality that had been transported by each conveyor. Each conveyor has discrete batches on it and i wish to count each one, estimate the weight and quality in each batch and then do running totals and a shift summary report at set times. The data will be dumped from Citect to a live excel sheet and i.m looking for real time analysis. I have made excel sheets that demonstrate the logic so i know it can be done. I just do not have the time to do it.
