I need an excel expert

I need to work a certain number of hours a year. I want to be able to enter my daily time recorded and see how many hours I need the next day to stay on track. So for example I need 1650 hours for the year and minus weekends and holidays would be 7.81 hours a day but I billed 6 one day or 12 one day how many the next day to stay on track.
