I need help completing a large excel spreadsheet using assumptions for my real estate portfolio of approximately 1,000 tenants. I have started the attached sheet.
This spreadsheet tracks every tenant in our portfolio. I have imputed all of the information however I need help creating an assumptions page of a price per square foot per year that I can change to insert a market rate (column G). For every expiring lease for each client i need to insert a market rate per the assumptions page and then make that rate flow to that tenant for the next 10 years using the market rate plus a 3% increase per year once the current lease expires.
