I need an excel data science expert

This is a project for my class that is due tomorrow. I have uploaded all the directions, raw data, rubric, and a sample report that is also needed. Total items needed are a completed excel workbook following the directions listed and a report which the directions also state how to do. Please use the provided file for the report and excel workbook. I cannot stress enough organization.
