need to draw some insights from a data mentioned in the excel sheet in the form of tables and charts

I need some data to be analyzed in terms of tables and charts. I am looking for a Descriptive Analysis, without the use of any specific Analytical Methods. This project is urgent for me, and I need it to be completed as soon as possible.
