Project Description:
I need a professional Excel expert to build a fully automated salary management workbook for my service manpower business.
The system should record daily salary transfers, track employee totals, prevent duplicate entries, and automatically lock data after entry.
Required Excel Features:
Master Data Sheets
A. Company Master Sheet
Company name
Bank account details
IFSC
Contact person details
B. Employee Master Sheet
Employee ID (must be unique)
Employee name
Company ID
Bank details
Salary amount
Start date
Notes
Employee ID should have a restriction: no duplicates allowed.
Salary Transfer Sheet
Every salary transfer entry will be recorded daily.
Columns: Date, Employee ID, Company ID, Amount, Bank Ref No., Month (YYYY-MM).
As soon as the entry is made, the row should get locked automatically (VBA allowed).
Automation Requirements
Duplicate Employee ID check — show ERROR if someone enters the same EmployeeID again.
Auto-lock row after data entry in Employee Master + Transfer Sheet.
Data validation & clean UI.
Pivot tables or formulas for monthly and yearly tracking.
Reporting / Summary Sheet
Automatic monthly salary total per employee
Automatic yearly salary report
Total transferred amount summary
Optional dashboard requested if possible
