need an advance excel expert

I am in need of an advanced Excel expert who can help me with formula and macro implementation for a project that has a flexible deadline of 3 months. Although I have a general idea of what I need, I am open to suggestions from the expert. The ideal candidate should have experience in advanced Excel functions and be able to create custom macros that can automate repetitive tasks.
