I need a VBA code writer

I have two sets of csv files downloaded from an application. The two sets of data have matching pair of csv files. I can control the order of downloads: either download the matching pair for each set, or download the first set and then the second set. There are certain cells in these csv files that can identify the matched pairs. I would like to automatically combine the matching pairs and paste them in existing individual worksheets in an existing excel workbook.
