I need a VBA Developer

Hi, we are a small law firm representing condominium and homeowners' associations and we primarily handle collections for delinquent accounts. This involves sending "30-day notices" to property owners, a subsequent "10-day final notice" letter if no response is received after the 30-day period, and then finally filing a complaint if no response is received after the final 10-day period. Currently, we have to manually input a calendar reminder into Outlook for both the 10-day notice and the subsequent complaint. We want to automate this process so that when one of us creates a calendar event for the 10-day reminder it automatically creates the "complaint" reminder 10 days later and sends notifications to the rest of our firm (3-4 people). From my research, this seems possible via VBA macros either in Outlook or Excel but I don't have a firm enough understanding of VB nor the time to teach myself in order to make this work. Thank you!
