I need a Power App or Excel Developer - Labor Burden Calculator w/ APIs

I'm looking for a Power App or Excel Sheet that can be manually updated or updated automatically on demand using APIs that pull flight and hotel costs (eg Google Hotel and Duffel). Essentially Flight Costs + Hotel Costs + job classification costs + etc.
