I need an Outlook Contacts and Excel specialist

My boss has a number of Outlook Contacts that are duplicates - we need to clean up his contacts list. Secondly we need to import his ICloud contacts into that main Outlook contacts list as well (more duplicates). I am unsure the best way of doing this. I have a csv file with 5000 contacts, that's all the contacts together but need to clean them up and reimport them.
