I need Excell VBA expert

I am looking for the VBA code that would return the country, name and email based on the user selection (3 combo boxes and 3 option boxes) I have created the user form but I cannot get the search to work and give the result in the list box. Note if the user selection does not return a result the next authorised person should be displayed. i.e if there is no TA in DACH then the TA for EMEA should be listed. I hope the attached development file make this more clear
