I need an Excel expert

I want to expand an existing Excel application that was developed by a novice in Excel to project the long-term financial ramifications of living in a CCRC(Continuing Care Retirement Community).
The goal/purpose is to include multiple variables(E.G.) living costs, Income, use of financial resources to predict how long your money will last.
