I need an Excel expert

Need help with creating an Excel stacked area chart. I am working with 4,124 rows of data, and have this data separated into 3 columns. (These 3 column, need to be the colored area in the chart). I then need my x-axis to start from 1.00 and end at 5.0 (as per the attached Sample Desired Chart). The numbers I have in my data set are the actual ratios. However, when I attempt to make this chart, my chart does not look at all like an area chart.
I am providing my Excel document, a "Sample Desired Chart" (what I need for my data to look like), and "My staked area chart " (what my current chart looks like).
I need help! Please help!
