I need an Excel VBA function to merge cell data and correlate them to sku

I have an excel sheet of thousands of products. The problem is that the data are like this:
sku description
1234 description1234
description1235 row 1
description1235 row 2
1235 description1235 row 3
So the function needs to do the following:
Get the sku. Concatenate the strings (they contain html) on the description1235 cells so that all description cells are merged into one that corresponds to the respective sku. Thus the file would look like this:
sku description
1234 description1234
1235 description1235 row 1 + description1235 row 2 + description1235 row 3
I am attaching a demo of how the excel file is made.
