I need an Excel VBA/SQL programmer

I have a project financial spreadsheet that compares budget to actual performance in a detailed format. The data sources are excel spreadsheets exported from our Navision accounting system and a SQL table that holds large transactional data tables. The framework is in place but it needs to be secure and also user-friendly for updates.
