need Excel VBA Quotation Tool development.

I already have a Quotation Tool developed by me in Excel + VBA creating Quotations and sending PDF quotations to selected e-mail addresses.
It is working based on Databases which are updated manually, as from the corporate rules I'm not allowed to Read/Write directly from/to the ERP system.
The tool is then constatly updated within users' laptops and the Company Server thanks to .bat file for syncronization.
The tool is properly working, and it have been working for more than 5 years.
I need an implementation to add some features to the existing system (i.e. main one is that I need to be able to act on multiple customers at the same time).
I'm looking for a VBA Excel developer to put hands on the existing system, develop the required features and identify further improvements...
