I need a Excel Macro editor

I have an excel sheet that I inherited that I need to change some of the formattings. So I need to change the codes to correspond. What I need to be changed is under Accessories. I need the Options in Column and its corresponding text to be all odd numbers and options in column E and corresponding text to be all even numbers.
