I need Excel Help.

I created an Excel Spreadsheet that calculates plate cost for my restaurant. I need someone who can redesign it. It starts with the food inventory sheet that auto-calculates down to the oz cost. Then the oz cost goes to a plate cost worksheet templete that has the ingredients for the plate and formulates the cast of each plate. It then goes to an overall spreadsheet that gives an overview of all the plates with graphs of all the categories such as apps and entrees. I need someone who can make this simpler to work. What I mean by redisign, I have all the Plates on tabs on the bottem start bar, to get to a specific plate you have to scroll down the start bar thirty or forty plates so it's hard to navagate. Before I send you the file, I need to know about you, if you do this kind of thing and how much you charge?
