I need an Excel Expert

This is a fantasy football spreadsheet that has tracked total points scored in a 14 week season since 2010. The green highlights indicate the highest scorer for that given year and the red indicates the lowest scorer. The average is the average for that player through how many years they've been in the league, the 'rank' is self explanatory and the 'change' is the difference a team's average has gone up or down from the previous year. 2022 was the first year of using a 0.5ppr format (typically means much more scoring).

Here is what I'm looking for:
- Easily sortable by year and by player
- A yearly breakdown of where each player finished
- Make it so Excel can figure out how to analyze the data in a meaningful way
- Any graphs or charts that can show players progression through the years
- A weekly average for each player
- Make it easy to update the document moving forward
