I need an Excel Expert

I'm looking to automate emails from an excel based on expiration dates. I have a data set that includes certifications for employees that expire are different times (depending on when the training was taken). I'd like to find a way for Excel to automatically send emails to employees and their managers as their training expiration dates approach.
