I need an Excel Expert

I have an excel program that has a bug I do not know how to fix. The code was written as a multiple-choice test generator. The data base however needs erased and all new content entered. There is a box to enter new questions, but it does not work correctly now. When you add a question it shows in the data base. But, when you look at the test parameters it doesn't show any questions available.
