I need a Bloomberg fixed income spreadsheet specialist

So basically I have uploaded daily volumes of a security trading from
Bloomberg. Now the main thing is I want to find the monthly, weekly volumes of these traded securities in other sheets of the same excel and I want that to get updated every day on its own without pasting the formula in every sheet every day
