modifying existing excel macro

Please do not reply unless reading the entire project. Replies that occur within the first 2 minutes will be deleted as it means you did not read and look at macro attached. I have a series of somewhat complex excel macros ( 4) that serve numerous functions. I want to add more capability and make edits to the columns that are targeted as well as add importing of other files into the sheets . For the most part the majority of work will be just to understand the existing macros and then make the changes. . As an example with the macro I am attaching, ( This is the simplest one) I wish to

Compiler A-
1. Remove unused columns which I will denote and move around columns to match imported spreadsheet step 2
a. Columns marked in red will be deleted and no longer needed
2. Add auto load from raw file ( see spec 4 compiler A)
a. Currently, macro requires copy and paste into data tab
b. Want upload feature to pull data from raw file into matching columns
3. After function that is performed when pressing move data is complete, Add warning to make sure to edit skills or can we merge function of move data and edit skills to one button.
4. If we cannot merge both functions into one Revise compiler to reflect action buttons 1,2,3 1.) Move data – change to remove unwanted profiles 2.) Edit skills 3.) combine profiles
