merging email lists

Project is to to add data to rows in one excel file with data from rows in another excel file by matching the domain name portion of an email address entry in a row in the first file (e.g. match the abc dot com portion of the email address in jdoe at abc dot com of a row) with the domain name information (e.g. abc dot com in the domain name www dot abc com) in a row in second file.
If there are multiple entries of the same email address in file 1, let each of the multiple entries be appended with data from the a matching row in file.
if there is no matching entry in file 2, create a new file and put these unmatched entries in this file.
