To make/create a inventory list of my grocery shop

I'm looking to create an inventory list for my grocery shop. It should be a digital spreadsheet, so I need suggestions on format and structure. I estimate there to be between 100-500 items in my inventory you have to figured out and create a list with how much quantity to keep in a grocery/kirane shop according to indian consumer and make a excel sheet, so the list needs to be able to accommodate that many items.
