V-lookup on excel

I am looking for a freelancer who can perform a V-lookup on a single sheet in Excel. The V-lookup should return the first match. I do not require any specific formatting or presentation of the returned data, basic presentation is fine. Put the Telephone number on the Members UP sheet that corresponds with the email address
