I´m looking for someone that are good at making financial excel sheets

I want to build a tool that can be used in Excel/sharepoint/office 365 and I will describe my requirements below.

Background:
I have a client, that I have 11 employees that are working for this client and all the employees are working for the same amount of money. And I want to make a tool where I can add hours for each employee and it automatically calculates the costs that I will invoice.

I want to do this so the client can get an overview of all employees and see if they have worked full-time, have been sick, etc.

I want this to be shown:
- What I will invoice monthly.
- How many hours each employee have worked for each day.
- What are the vat taxes are gonna be (Some of them are 25% and some of them are 6% tax) For example if the hourly rate is 100, then I need a column that says 25 or 6 depending on which employee. And this column is gonna be called "moms" which is a tax in Sweden.
- How many hours that have been worked monthly
- It needs to be simple to use.
- The name of each employee
- What projects they´re working on.
