liquidation Model/Waterfall

I need assistance building a liquidation model/waterfall that contemplates 3 different series of preferred stock (series seed-1, series seed-2 and series A preferred stock). Note, the Series A preferred stock is both senior preferred and participates with the common (after the proceeds are paid to the series seed-1 and series ssed-2). Please let me know if you have experience with putting something like this together.
