linear programming in excel

I am looking for a skilled programmer to solve an optimization problem using linear programming in Excel. The exact method employed to tackle this challenge is open to suggestions determined by the candidate's expertise. This project must be completed in a timely manner, within 24 hours.
I have ten projects to be completed. 5 of them are short term which take 6 months to complete and the other 5 are long term projects which take 12 months to complete. I have three resources available with me. One resource is enough to complete one project. However, one resource can only be engaged with one project at a time. As soon as a project is completed the resource can be engaged in the next project.
