join time series in excel

hello! I have several time series with their respective heterogeneous dates, what I want is for you to formulate the file so that it generates new columns with the dates of the largest sample, And the small series making a match, all in excel and formulated.
For example, in the sheet IND, making FRAGUA, BEBVIDES AND ALL THE OTHERS VARIABLES THE SAME long as IPC, WITH CEROS ON THE EMPTY SPACES.
