inventory tracking project

usualy i received 4 products , 2 type of birth certificate ( arabic & English ) - 2 type death certifacete ( arabic & English )example 500 pcs for each product, ordering the certificate , stock in when receiving it adding to inventory , this certificate release to my staff sorted by serial number already prented of the certificate so i need useform to add new staff and other useform to add new product , useform order for certificate before stock finish, useform to record stock in and automaticly add to stock avalabile, and finanly as i mention i will release the certificate to staff by serial number i want also to check in anytime the certificate he used and this i release to him serial from 1-50 he print 30 pcs remaing 20 damage 2pcs , acctual on hand 18, so when i releasenew certificate from stock to him will be 18 + the new release and going on file attache hope to give u full imagine to what i want attached file with some of template and pphoto also word file for your refrences
