hotel data

I'm looking to hire someone to provide me with hotel data for multiple locations. Specifically, I need room rates and availability updated on an hourly basis.The data should also include amenities, facilities, and guest reviews and ratings as well. I'm open to suggestions regarding an effective way to collect the data, and am hoping to find someone to help me keep the information up-to-date on a regular basis.
