help with preparing and presenting training data

I am looking to report on training records, taking raw data (imported) that will change all the time. I need a multiple tab spreadsheet build with possibly with macros. i need to remove certain entries on a tab based on a seperate list, categorise data based on the raw data and sort data. i need something that is exreamly end user friendly
