It is helping me find ttthe proper scale to rate both FNOL and existing loss categories for average handle time. We are needing to provide and put the perperformance on an attainable yet challenging 5 pt scale with 3-3.9 capturing the majority population. I have started and provided an example of where I started but my standard deviation is off and it is throwing everything off....
There is an example of the formula Im an trying to use then for tab 2 to establish if employee achieves x number of second of AHT in column row e10 and e11 will then assign the proper rating as establsihed on the first tab calculations I am struggling with.
The historical data is accurate however the scales for both call types could be off and needs work to rectify and then apply the proper formula to pull in on the second tab is what im needing help on.
