i have excel sheets of my suppliers and their prices i want them in one spread sheet and i want the items to be easily to find

I'm looking for a freelancer to help organize my data in an efficient way. I have 500 excel sheets containing information on my suppliers and their prices. I would like the project to be organized so that I can easily find the items I need. The spread sheet should be organized by category as well. Additionally, I have some other specifications I would like to have incorporated, so experience with excel spreadsheets is a must.
