I have a .doc file that I need to "replicated" to 750 different variants. I need a macro-operation through Microsoft Word or LibreOffice for doing that automaticallt

Basically I have this single 1 .doc File.
In this file, there are 2 "words/sentences" that need to be changed. They appear in the document maybe just 3-4 times....
1. - one is a code for a product, like ABC1234
2. - one is the description of this products like "Cat Epithelium" ...
I already have an Excel file with all the 750 different variants... Can somebody help me out here?
