guest booking recorder
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am in need of a guest booking recorder and am looking for an expert freelancer to create a listing on Freelancer.com that will meet my needs. The guest booking information I require recording includes basic contact information as well as stay dates. I do not require taking payments and I do need to be able to access this information remotely, so long as an internet connection is available. The ideal freelancer for this project will have the skill and experience to create a system that meets my needs. Fields include Guest name, date from, date to, payout, cleaning fee and then two additional columns calculated from payout and cleaning fee with a given formula for commission and final payout.
An Ideal solution would have a front page for booking entry which would populate an easily readable chronological database which can be readily edited should guest bookings be cancelled or changed.
The database should also be easily converted into a monthly report showing total takings, cleaning fees, commission. and final payout
a perfect solution would further populated a separate shared sheet accessible by a cleaning team with the date of check out.
The solution should be scalable by additional properties and easy for the user to add new listings which can all be reported separately or in defined groupings.
Manual versions of an existing solution exist and can be shared to bring to life the requirements. Attached are some examples
