google sheets macro or formula

There are 6 sheets
Master sheet – used to present the data
Responses sheet – client enters data on google forms (sheet one)
permission to leave form – for extra permission for child to leave by them selves (sheet 2)
Accident sheet – Staff fill in if a child has an accident (sheet 3)
Incident sheet– If a child has an incident(Sheet 4)
Medication sheet – if a child has medication on site. (Sheet 5)

Then all these sheets data combine into a tab on the same file as master sheet to display tabs under the child’s name.

Process is
Client enter data - data entered on google form - responses go into google sheet, - then through to personal plan sheet and auto creates new tab under client name and populates the cells with the data and also sorts tabs alphabetically.

Data then match’s the first name with the accident sheet, Medication sheet and Incident sheet,

Then on google drive a photo submitted that matches the child name + a wildcard * then the date is entered under child’s work cells and then the date hyperlinks to the photo and there name.

And if client has an accident, the form match’s the name and puts the date the accident name sheet which then hyperlinks form

If a child has an incident - the form match’s the name and puts the date the accident name sheet which then hyperlinks form

if a child has medication on site. - the form match’s the name and puts the date the accident name sheet which then hyperlinks form


Happy to do it via macro or on formula. I know enough to do it a long way I just want something more simplistic.
