get zillow values from a spreadsheet list
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me extract Zillow.com Zestimate values of homes from a spreadsheet list that contains property addresses (one address per row). The project requirements are as follows:
• Property Type: The spreadsheet includes residential properties only.
• Value Extraction: I need estimated property values (Zestimate) from Zillow.
• Input to the program/script: An Excel spreadsheet with 1 property address per row. Spreadsheet could contain as many as 1000-2000 rows.
• Output from the program/script: An Excel spreadsheet with 1 property address per row with a column containing the Zillow.com home value estimate (Zestimate) for each property address.
• Frequency: I want to be able to run this program/tool/script any time I have a spreadsheet with property addresses that I want the Zillow estimate for those properties.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency in data extraction from spreadsheets and websites.
• Familiarity with Zillow and the ability to extract property values (Zestimate).
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate data extraction.
• Efficient and timely completion of the project.
