formulas on excel

Hello, I need help with following:
We pay our suppliers in advance - credit payments for order delivered either in the UK and EU.
Invoices are deducted from UK or EU credit payments.
The formula should calculate remaining credit balance for UK and EU orders and finally Percentage of Remaining balance for UK and EU credit
