fetch product images via urls in excel file : via macro or python

i have an excel file with multiple sheets inside. Each sheet has between 100 to 2,000 rows of data. One of the data (column H) is image url. You need to fetch image from this url and have it resized to 75x75 size and put that in excel sheet (column I).
this is very rush work and it needs to be done within few hours. if you do it via python, you need to show me how to do it as my python knowledge is very limited. if you do it via macros, then i can run the macro once you complete the same.
