extract data from image to csv file

Hello, I am looking to hire an experienced freelancer to help me with an image data extraction project. The images come in PNG format, and the data to be extracted is the ozone concentration in parts per million (ppm) against the altitude. All images are in the same size. The goal is to extract the data from the images and convert them into a CSV file. The freelancer should possess the necessary skills and experience to manipulate and extract data from images, as well as the ability to generate a CSV file with the resulting data. The ability to work accurately and efficiently is essential for this project. prefer to be in python script as well
