excel vba task, need to create a userform and perform a calculation based on the row number entered

I am looking for a freelancer with Excel VBA experience to help me with a project.
Project Requirements:
- Create a user form based on a specific design that I will provide.
- Perform a custom formula calculation based on the row number entered.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Excel VBA.
On the space inputs and results sheet, you will see a button named tun calculation, this button calls the subroutine called Run_All which is in the input mapping module. Now I want to be able to open a user form when i click on run calculation. In the user form, it should have two options, one button to run all measures, as it is running right now, and the other option should be the list of row numbers starting from row 12 to all the way to the last row. Users can select any one or multiple rows, and the calculations should then run for only those rows.
