excel time reporting

I need to show hours of work I did back in 2015 and 2016. I need daily hours, adding to weekly hours that total into a yearly total. I tried using the template, but doesn't add correctly. I would typically work 6-9PM M-Thursday and then work 4 hours shifts 10-2 on Saturday and Sunday. I can make the edits for weeks of different work amounts. I would like the years separated but there be a subtotal line for total hours.
