excel template for nexus projects

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me create an Excel template for my Nexus tax projects. The template should have data entry forms and calculation functions, allowing me to enter moderately complex data with several variables. I have attached our current form that we send to clients but it just doesn't seem user friendly.
